Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information. Please double-check your information (country, street number, company name, apartment/unit, etc.) and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

We offer three shipping methods depending on your region and order type:

Free & Express Shipping: processed within 0–2 days.

Heavy Cargo Shipping: may take up to 5 days due to weight/size handling.
Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with carrier details and a tracking number.

Tracking becomes available on the carrier’s official website within 24 hours.

After the parcel arrives in your country, your local postal service will handle the delivery and continue tracking updates.

You can also track your order on our website or via 17track.net.
👉 Tracking is available for 60 days after shipment.
Delivery & Damages

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your products arrive safely.

If your order is damaged during transit, please email support@robotdoo.com within 3 business days and include photos.

If possible, report any delivery issues (damaged/torn packages, soaked boxes, broken parts, etc.) directly to the carrier when receiving the order.

Missing or Lost Items
If your order is delayed, held at customs, returned, or lost in transit, please contact support@robotdoo.com to request either a refund or a replacement.

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, etc.), processing and delivery may be delayed.

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
