Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information. Please double-check your information (country, street number, company name, apartment/unit, etc.) and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.


Shipping Options & Fees

We offer three shipping methods depending on your region and order type:

Special Heavy Cargo Shipping Calculated by volume & weight 5 days 9–15 days For large/heavy robotics equipment (>0.2 m³, side >60 cm, or weight >5 kg). Total estimated time: 14–20 days.

📌 Natural days = calendar days, including weekends and holidays.


Order Processing

  • Free & Express Shipping: processed within 0–2 days.

  • Heavy Cargo Shipping: may take up to 5 days due to weight/size handling.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with carrier details and a tracking number.

  • Tracking becomes available on the carrier’s official website within 24 hours.

  • After the parcel arrives in your country, your local postal service will handle the delivery and continue tracking updates.

  • You can also track your order on our website or via 17track.net.

👉 Tracking is available for 60 days after shipment.


Delivery & Damages

  • We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your products arrive safely.

  • If your order is damaged during transit, please email support@robotdoo.com within 3 business days and include photos.

  • If possible, report any delivery issues (damaged/torn packages, soaked boxes, broken parts, etc.) directly to the carrier when receiving the order.


Change of Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact support@robotdoo.com as soon as possible.


Missing or Lost Items

If your order is delayed, held at customs, returned, or lost in transit, please contact support@robotdoo.com to request either a refund or a replacement.


Taxes & Duties

  • No extra fees will be charged after checkout.

  • In rare cases, VAT, customs duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Please consult your local customs office if you have concerns.


Delivery Delays

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Customs inspection

  • Severe weather

  • Strikes or logistic disruptions

If your order is delayed, please contact support@robotdoo.com, and we will check with the carrier.


Important Notes

  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, etc.), processing and delivery may be delayed.

  • Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
