Description
The Lynxmotion Smart Servo (LSS) - High Speed (HS1) is a compact, modular actuator designed as the evolution of standard RC servos. It is ideal for multi degree-of-freedom robots, animatronics, robotic arms, grippers, and custom RC projects. This smart servo offers advanced configurability, modular integration, and precise motion control, forming the core of the next-generation Lynxmotion Servo Erector Set (SES-V2) system.
The LSS-HS1 features metal gears, RGB LED bar, sensor feedback, button interface, and multiple operating modes (Smart / Wheel / RC). Built with a custom Lynxmotion Smart Servo protocol, it ensures easy communication and configuration. Safety functions are integrated to protect against over-current, voltage issues, and overheating.
Note: The servo cannot be used standalone. A communication interface such as the Lynxmotion LSS Adapter Board (USB Type-C) or a 5V USB-to-serial adapter (with external power) is required.

Compatibility & Integration
The LSS-HS1 is fully compatible with the Lynxmotion SES-V2 ecosystem, including brackets, robotic arms, geared grippers, and modular frames. Accessories such as the Lynxmotion Power Distribution Board (LSS-HUB) provide efficient power supply and servo communication.
The servo is also supported by Lynxmotion LSS-Config Software, enabling easy parameter adjustments, firmware updates, and servo diagnostics.
