Product Description
The NEMA23 Brushless DC Motor Gearless is a high-performance 4-pole BLDC motor designed for applications requiring smooth speed control, long lifespan, and quiet operation. Delivering up to 205 W output power and 5 kg·cm rated torque, this motor reaches speeds of 4000 RPM with excellent efficiency. Unlike brushed motors, it uses built-in hall-effect sensors to provide precise position and velocity feedback, making it suitable for robotics, automation, and CNC systems.
This motor must be paired with a brushless DC motor controller capable of sending control signals to the three motor wires while reading hall-effect feedback from the five signal wires. For convenience, it includes a 5-pin Molex connector pre-soldered to the hall-effect wires and ferrules crimped on the motor wires, ensuring fast and secure installation.
With a rugged NEMA23 mounting plate, compact size, and reliable performance, this motor is ideal for engineers and makers who demand both durability and precision.
