The Pololu 100:1 Metal Gearmotor 37Dx57L mm 12V (Helical Pinion) is a high-performance brushed DC motor designed for demanding robotics and automation applications. Equipped with a 102.08:1 all-metal gearbox, it delivers outstanding torque output while maintaining smooth and efficient operation.

Unlike standard gearmotors, this model integrates helical gears on the first stage, reducing noise and improving efficiency. The gearbox features a 16 mm-long, 6 mm-diameter D-shaped steel output shaft, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of couplings, wheels, and adapters.

The gearmotor has a 37 mm diameter and a 57 mm length, making it Pololu’s largest and most powerful gearmotor series. It comes with a front faceplate featuring six M3 mounting holes arranged in a hexagonal pattern, with 15.5 mm spacing between adjacent holes, providing secure and versatile mounting options.

This unit is intended for 12 V operation, providing high torque with reliable performance. A 12 mm hex wheel adapter for the 6 mm shaft is included for easy integration into mechanical systems.
