Product Description
This 12V high torque self-locking worm gear motor with encoder is engineered for applications requiring controlled low-speed rotation and high torque output. The self-locking worm gearbox provides reliable hold-in-place performance without additional brakes. A built-in magnetic encoder with two channels and 11 pulses per revolution (11PPR) delivers accurate position and speed feedback for closed-loop motion systems.
With an 8mm diameter D-shaped output shaft supported by dual ball bearings, this motor can support larger radial loads directly on the shaft. The rugged metal geartrain is designed to handle torque loads without gear tooth failure, making it suitable for robotics, special effects, automation systems, and DIY mechanical projects.
