Description
The GF5560-180 12V DC Worm Gear Motor combines a compact permanent-magnet DC motor with a worm gear reduction gearbox for low-speed, high-torque applications.
The worm gear transmission provides self-locking characteristics and helps resist reverse driving when power is removed. Its compact flat gearbox and 8 mm D-shaped output shaft make it suitable for space-limited mechanical designs.
Six gear ratios are available from 26.9:1 to 1400:1, allowing you to select the appropriate balance between speed and torque.

FAQ
Is this the high-torque 12V version?
Yes. This version uses the 12V high-torque motor configuration with a maximum input power of 4.2 W.
Is the gearbox self-locking?
The worm gear transmission provides self-locking characteristics and resistance to reverse driving.
Can the motor rotate clockwise and counterclockwise?
Yes. Reverse the DC power polarity to change the rotation direction.
Which gear ratio provides the highest torque?
The 1400:1 version provides the highest rated torque, approximately 25 kg·cm, while operating at a lower output speed.
Does it include a power supply or speed controller?
No. This listing includes the motor only.
