Description
The GF5560-180 24V DC Worm Gear Motor combines a permanent-magnet DC motor with a compact worm gear reduction gearbox for low-speed drive applications.
The worm gear transmission provides self-locking characteristics, helping resist reverse driving when power is removed. Its compact flat design makes it suitable for robotics, automation equipment, electric locks, positioning mechanisms and other space-limited applications.
Five gear ratios are available from 53.8:1 to 1400:1, providing different combinations of output speed and torque.

FAQ
Is this the 24V version?
Yes. This version is designed for a 24V DC power supply and uses the 24150 motor configuration.
Does the motor have a self-locking function?
The worm gear transmission provides self-locking characteristics and resistance to reverse driving.
Can the motor rotate in both directions?
Yes. The rotation direction can be changed by reversing the DC power polarity.
Which gear ratio provides the highest speed?
The 53.8:1 version provides the highest output speed, with a no-load speed of approximately 278 RPM.
Which gear ratio provides the highest rated torque?
The 1400:1 version provides approximately 20 kg·cm rated torque at a rated speed of approximately 8 RPM.
Does the motor include a power supply or controller?
No. This listing includes the motor only.
