Overview
Kpower MM0160 is a micro servo motor designed for compact robotic and RC actuation where small size, metal gears, and multi-protocol control are required. It uses a DC brushed motor with potentiometer position sensing, supports 4.8 ~ 8.4 V operation, and provides a 120° travel angle range (customizable).
Key Features
- Metal gear drive train (MM0160 is labeled as a metal gear micro servo)
- Control protocols: PWM | TTL | RS-485
- 25T horn gear spline, φ4.9 mm
- Potentiometer position sensor
- Plastic case, 2BB (two ball bearings)
- Working frequency: 50 ~ 333 Hz (high-frequency signal compatibility is also indicated as 50–300 Hz)
- 3-wire servo pinout (as labeled): Brown = GND, Red = Vcc, Orange = Signal

Details

Compact metal-gear micro servo for tight robotic and RC installations where reliable positioning matters.

Small footprint and standard mounting tabs make it easy to integrate into micro robots, UAVs, and RC models.

Metal gear drivetrain and potentiometer position sensing support responsive, repeatable motion control.

Key specs at a glance: 23×12×30 mm size, 15.5 g weight, DC brushed motor, and metal gears.

Use torque, travel angle, voltage, and control method to match the servo to your load and control system.

PWM pulse width maps directly to shaft angle, with support for higher-frequency control signals.

Customization options can cover appearance, torque targets, wiring, and control protocols when needed.

Standard 3-wire connection simplifies wiring: GND, power, and signal.

Internal layout overview: gear train, bearings, motor, and potentiometer feedback inside the housing.
