Selection and Installation Notes
- For motors rated at 2KW or above, install a suitable heat sink and cooling fan for heat dissipation.
- Connect the load during operation or testing; testing without a connected load does not provide a valid result.
- Do not set the soft start time to 0 seconds, as the starting voltage is 0V and the starting current may become excessive.
- Use the module's control switch for start and stop operation. Do not apply voltage to the control switch or disconnect the incoming line power during operation.
- A safety margin is recommended for continuous operation. Where ambient temperature or heat dissipation conditions are unfavorable, select a starter with a higher current rating.
- A fast-disconnect switch or correctly rated fuse may be installed in series with the load circuit for short-circuit protection.
- Do not use a multimeter on the load side to evaluate product quality.
