DESCRIPTION
The TA-52 Titan Smart Actuator is a high-performance integrated harmonic drive servo module designed for precision robotic and automation applications. Featuring a compact 52mm diameter body, this actuator integrates a strain wave harmonic reducer, brushless DC motor, high-resolution encoder, and drive electronics into a single compact unit.
Engineered for high torque density and zero-backlash transmission, the TA-52 delivers smooth low-speed performance and accurate positioning, making it ideal for robotic joint systems and advanced motion control platforms.
Available in 50:1 and 100:1 gear ratios, the actuator supports a wide input voltage range of 10–60V (24V recommended) and operates reliably in harsh industrial environments from -40°C to 80°C.
The hollow shaft design (8mm inner diameter) enables flexible cable routing for robotics and rotating joint assemblies.
